The Global Conservation Consortium for Magnolia is excited to share the first circular of the IX World Magnolia Symposium and Conservation Workshop to be held from May 29 to June 02, 2023, in Siguatepeque, Comayagua, HONDURAS.
This symposium will be an opportunity to exchange recent progress, enhance the conservation and sustainable utilization of magnolias, and promote cooperative research and conservation worldwide. It will be organized by The Universidad Nacional de Ciencias Forestales UNACIFOR, Honduras, the Instituto Nacional de Conservación y Desarrollo Forestal ICF, the Sistema de Investigación Nacional Forestal SINFOR, Mancomunidad de Municipios del Parque Nacional Montaña de Celaque, Celaque Asesores, the Universidad de Guadalajara, México, the World Magnolia Association for Conservation, A. C., and the Global Conservation Consortium for Magnolia.
