Plantlife International is conducting a survey about ongoing activities involving Important Plant Areas (IPAs).

Please take 5 minutes to complete the survey. Your answers will allow the updating of information held by Plantlife International about the people involved in IPAs around the world and their activities to identify, protect and restore them.

The information will allow us to demonstrate the impact that IPAs can have in reversing biodiversity loss across the globe by identifying the best sites globally for the conservation of wild plants and fungi – the key sites for rare, threatened and socio-economically valuable species, rare and threatened habitats and exceptional botanical richness.

If you are not yet involved in IPA work but are interested to learn more, then let us know by completing the survey.

Use the survey to let us know if you want to be informed about activities towards building a global IPA network of conservationists, scientists and community organisations, as a platform to share experience and expertise.

Together we can expand the number of countries with IPA programmes and ensure that IPAs are recognised and valued by global and national agencies.
