BGCI is simplifying the way staff members of gardens are linked to and displayed in GardenSearch and PlantSearch databases.

To make sure that material requests and PlantSearch uploads are kept up to date, we encourage all gardens to have their key contact staff updated on GardenSearch. More than one staff can create a free User Account in GardenSearch and PlantSearch and be linked to the garden to download information, update your garden or plant records on BGCI data tools or manage the email frequency for material requests.

The new feature also allows staff to remove contacts that are not longer at the garden. For more information please see this short video.
