The Head of Interpretation role presents an exciting opportunity for a capable, creative and motivated person ensure the quality and quantity of interpretation for visitors across Kew Gardens.

Managing a small team of Interpretation Producers and working with key stakeholders and Kew experts, you will develop and deliver plans for delivering a range of interpretation interventions across Kew Gardens. These support the delivery of aims laid out in Kew’s Manifesto for Change strategy, Living Collections Landscape Plan, as well as managing a range of interpretation projects for visitor programming and festivals and delivery of outstanding interpretation within the soon to be restored Palm House.

Salary: £60,000 – £67,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
