The Arboretum and Botanical Garden at Cal State Fullerton works to support the academic mission of CSUF with a world class living and historical collection and to provide learning opportunities for every stage of life, extending our resources into the local community and around the globe to foster an appreciation for plant conservation, botanical research and horticulture. We seek an exceptional individual to join our team as the Director, Arboretum and Botanical Garden (Administrator III). The ideal candidate in this role should have a positive attitude, an active, energetic mind, and a leadership style that is characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to diversity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness.

The Director provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for the 26-acre Arboretum and Botanical Garden (Arboretum), ensuring its continued success and sustainability as a botanical and educational resource for CSUF
