The Shuttleworth Botanic Garden is developing a Living Collection focused on temperate flora and biodiversity. The Nursery Supervisor will help establish and manage nursery operations to support this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Botanical Lead to develop nursery facilities.
• Propagate temperate, woody plants from seed.
• Maintain plant records and inventory using IT systems.
• Ensure phytosanitary standards and manage pests/diseases.
• Participate in research and share data with partner institutions.

Requirements:
• HND or higher in a relevant subject.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursery experience.
• Strong knowledge of germination, pest control, and nursery infrastructure.
• Full UK driving licence.
