 BGCI's Annual Report for 2006 is now available. Entitled 'Securing Plant Diversity', the report highlights BGCI's achievements during 2006. BGCI’s Five Year Plan 2007 - 2012BGCI's Five Year Plan for 2007 – 2012 explicitly addresses the current and fundamental concerns related to the impact of climate change on plant diversity and the understanding that biodiversity conservation is essential to ensure sustainable development and improved human well-being. Investing in Nature - a Partnership between HSBC and BGCIIn 2002, HSBC announced a major funding intiative to support global conservation work and selected BGCI along with the World Wide Fund for Nature and Earthwatch, to collaborate on a five-year partnership for securing biodiversity and combatting environmental problems. |
