Hosted by the Wuhan Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences in conjunction with BGCI, the 3GBGC was a unique opportunity to visit China.

It's also the place to share your knowledge and experience with colleagues worldwide and catch up what's been going in in botanic gardens in the three years since the last one in Barcelona.

Programme Based on 5 GSPC Themes

The programme included plenary and parallel sessions and workshops on a wide range of topics to secure plant diversity for the wellbeing of people and the planet. We covered everything from progress towards targets, to how to train staff effectively, and how to manage gardens in our changing world.
