TRAVEL and LODGING

For all plant conservation events at Chicago Botanic Garden from September 29 through October 3, 2009, we recommend the following arrangements:

TRAVEL

If you are traveling by air, O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is the closest airport to the Garden, but Midway Airport (MDW) is another option that may be cheaper for flights within the United States.

LODGING

For the upcoming Botanical Capacity Assessment Workshop, Global Strategy for Plant Conservation Workshop, and Janet Meakin Poor Research Symposium, we recommend:

Rooms are available at a special price of $99 (includes in-room wireless high-speed internet access).  Reservations must be made before September 7th by following this link to reserve your rooms online or calling (847) 498-6500 (be sure to ask for the CHICAGO BOTANIC GARDEN PLANT CONSERVATION rate).

There will be scheduled shuttles available for transport to and from the Renaissance for events at Chicago Botanic Garden throughout the week.
