The New Sylva is a major new tree and forestry book by Gabriel Hemery with illustrations by Sarah Simblet. The new book features over 100 tree species and 200 illustrations and provides a contemporary update for the 21st Century of the celebrated original Sylva text.
The book can be purchased online here.
Dr. Gabriel Hemery, forest scientist and author of The New Sylva, also co-founded and is Chief Executive of The Sylva Foundation, a charitable trust that aims to revive Britain’s wood culture.
