A new manual produced by the Red Latinoamericana de Botanica (RLB) provides guidance on the implementation of GSPC Target 2. It includes chapters describing the GSPC and the 2020 targets, the application of the IUCN Red List Criteria and Categories and details of two Red Listing training workshop held in Honduras and the Dominican Republic where the IUCN Red List was applied in the Latin American context.
