BGCI has received a number of bids and expressions of interest to host the 5th Global Botanic Gardens Congress in 2013.  The final consideration of all bids will take place during the next meeting of the Board of Directors of BGCI, on June 13, 2010.  

Guidelines for the preparation of bids are available here. 

We encourage all interested gardens that have not yet contacted BGCI to submit their bids according to the guidelines as soon as possible, and at the latest, before May 28th.   

BGCI will announce the successful bid after the 4th Global Congress which will be held in Dublin, Ireland from 13-18 June 2010.
