Funding available for highly endangered species conservation
3rd March 2010
As part of the 2010 International Year of Biodiversity the Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund is encouraging applications for threatened species with fewer than 250 wild individuals. Please consider submitting a proposal for a plant conservation project that focuses on a “last gasp” species. This could include plant species that are extinct in the wild but present in botanic garden collections. Visit the Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund for more information
