Associate Director, Botanic Gardens at Kona Largo, FloridaThe Botanic Gardens at Kona Kai Horticulturist, Botanist, BG-Base specialist: - to help us develop an evolving new botanic garden. Gardens will specialize in ethnobotany and open to the public in 2011. Immediate need in completing & maintaining a BG-Base database, on-site plant labeling & smartphone app. Future duties will also include directing garden maintenance, developing & scheduling member & visitor tours, lecture series, visiting ethnobotanists and a botanic artists gallery. Future potential unlimited for a self-starter! Computer skills and grant writing ability a necessity. This is an exciting and creative opportunity to help us evolve from the ground up.
