09.00 – 09.30 hrs   Introduction and course outline.
09.30 – 11.15 hrs   Importance of the vegetables in the daily diet. Theoretical foundations.
11.15 – 11.30 hrs   Coffee
11.30 – 13.00 hrs   Planning of a domestic orchard: election of the place, surrounded. Incorporation of instalments.
Preparation of stonecutters.

13.00 – 14.00 hrs   Lunch

14.00 – 16.00 hrs   Sowing and or transplants of seedlings.
16.00 – 17.00 hrs   Conclusions and closing.
