Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)

A Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) is a document used to outline the terms under which material is supplied. CBD-friendly MTAs generally set out permitted uses of material, terms for supply to others, requirements for benefit-sharing, and usually, non-commercialisation.
