bgen Training Day - Journeys into Interpretation. 1st Februaury, 2017

6 January 2017

If you are new to interpretation or need to refresh before starting a new project, the next bgen Training Day on Wednesday 1st February at Bedgebury National Pinetum will be good for you!

Use Bedgebury’s experiences of developing interpretation for the National Pinetum to inspire your own start in interpretation. The day will provide you with the opportunity to learn about how the Forestry Commission has developed its interpretation at Bedgebury (warts and all!), plus first hand advice on working with - and getting the best from - a designer. There will be time to share resources & tips and also support to plan the next steps of your own journey into interpretation. The National Pinetum at Bedgebury is one of the finest collections of conifers in the world and a centre for International tree conservation.

For more information and to book your place visit the bgen website or contact the bgen Coordinator info@bgen.org.uk.

Cost for bgen members £70, non-members £98. Members of BIAZA, LEEF, THRIVE, BGCI, BEN and PlantNetwork are eligible for bgen member rate. Places for this Training Day are limited to just 15, so book soon to secure your place!
