About the Yellowstone Arboretum

The Yellowstone Arboretum and ZooMontana Botanical Park are located on the 70 acre grounds of ZooMontana. The arboretum contains 200 accessioned species of trees, woody shrubs and vines. All gardens are connected by paved pathway system that also connects the animal habitats. Areas include Beartooth Pinetum, Asian Garden, Homestead Collection, Old Pond Collection and Sensory Garden. The arboretum has been accredited by ArbNet as a Level 1.
