About the Hamamatsu City Flower Park

3,000 species of 100,000 plants are kept in the extensive garden, and you can see the flowers in every season such as Japanese apricots, cherries, tulips, roses, Japanese irises, hydrangeas, etc. There are also the Western garden with a combination of a large fountain with a flower garden in a shape of TV characters (autumn - early summer); a Japanese garden; a children's plaza; the Flower train (trolley in the shape of steam locomotive train); a lawn garden; a event plaza; etc. This flower park is enjoyable all year round with many events.
