EAZA Zoo Educators Conference 2007
Partnership in Education for Sustainability
Budapest Zoo & Botanical Garden, Hungary, 28-31 March, 2007

The main topic of the Conference was Partnership in Education for Sustainability (EfS), in response to the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development, with a focus on the ways and possibilities of educational co-operation. The hosts have produced a CD Rom of proceedings from the conference, including the keynote speeches, workshops and presentations addressing the three main themes; achieving EfS through networks, campaigns and through the EAZA group.  A copy of the Cd Rom can be ordered from Bea Golovanova, head of education at Budapest Zoo, at golovanova@zoobudapest.com.  Further detail of the programme are online at the Budapest zoo website.
