In the second half of 2006, BGCI is offering up to 8 scholarships for staff from mainland Chinese botanic garden to train at Hong Kong SAR botanic gardens and vice versa.

This round of scholarships will be the last as part of HSBC's investing in Nature programme.

The aim of the travel scholarships is to support closer working relations and linkages between mainland China and Hong Kong SAR botanic gardens.
